The new Sessions

Sessions has been redesigned around the fact that there's no single right way to look at a week of agent work. The new interface carries three views — List, Lanes, and Summary — and you move between them without losing your place or re-asking your question.

They share one set of controls. Filter the work down once and every view follows. Change the time grain and the charts re-bucket to match. Group by what you're actually asking about, and the rollup regroups with it.

List is the feed of individual runs. Lanes lays activity out over time. Summary rolls the same work up into totals.
